However, if you are not happy with our product for any reason, you can return all the unused or unopened containers within 7 days of purchasing. It is to be kept in mind that refund would be issued once the package is received at our office. The amount to be refunded is would be released after deduction of 10% which will be restocking fee. Only one refund is issued per person. The containers/jars must be securely packed in order to avoid any damage.

• The address on which the product is to be returned would be provided by call or email.
• Number of containers to be returned should be mentioned.
• Product should be securely packed.
• The product must be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving the reference number.
• The customer must bear the parcel or courier charges,
• Only the containers which are unused will be refunded.
• The refund would be initiated within 48 hours once the product is received.
• 10% restocking fee would be deducted before issuing refund.
